We ship FREE to the continental US, 3-5 days from our Central Florida warehouse via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Orders are processed Mon-Saturday and typically ship within 24-48 hours. Once shipped, you will be provided a tracking number via email, and your order will arrive within 3-5 days.

Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders, there will be a shipping charge calculated at checkout, and orders will take 7-12 days to arrive.

Our pillow itself is NOT machine washable, it is memory foam, so exposing it to water would compromise the pillow.

The outer case zips off, and that IS machine washable! We recommend using a cold, delicate cycle, and air drying to get the best results.

No! Our pillow has no toxic, nauseating chemical smell.

During production, we use premium quality materials, and air out our pillows before boxing them which eliminates the smell!

When you receive your pillow, open it up and let it fully fluff up and air out for about an hour, then you're ready to use it!

Our pillow is contoured in the middle, and features a premium memory foam core. It cradles your head and neck optimally, making it EXCELLENT for back sleeping.

The sides of our pillow are elevated, and the memory foam core is designed to form TO YOU. So when you turn on your side, your head/neck are supported and kept in natural alignment, making it GREAT for side sleeping!

We made our pillow to be comfortable for EVERYONE! The memory foam core is extremely soft and supportive for any position you sleep in.

After you place your order, it will typically take about 1-2 days for processing.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can click that link directly, or input the tracking number on our tracking page.

If it has been more than 72 hours and you have not received your tracking number, contact support to resolve the issue!
