30 Night Trial

We know that finding THE pillow can be a grueling process! And even though our pillow has overwhelmingly positive reviews, we know that it may not be for everyone.

That's why we offer a 30 night trial period! If you don't like our pillow after sleeping on it for 30 nights, simply request a return for a full refund.

Details

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you will need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation number or receipt), and a reason for the return.

Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for covering the return postage.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not accept returns if you damaged the product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
